Dear Women of South Hill,
Welcome to Women's Ministries at SHCC! Our theme for this year is entitled "Woman to Woman." For 2011-2012 we will focus on the benefit of mentoring relationships and cultivate opportunities that the Lord brings our way!
Romans 1:12 says “When we get together, I want to encourage you in your faith, but I also want to be encouraged by yours” (NLT). With this in mind, we will explore the benefit of mentoring relationships at our Women’s Gatherings, Christmas Tea and our annual Women’s Retreat. At the end of this year may we be able to say with the book of Proverbs, “As iron sharpens iron, so a friend sharpens a friend” (Proverbs 27:17 NLT).
This year, ladies, may we be encouraged as
we grow towards Him, “Woman to Woman!”
